·        Experience: At least 5 years of experience in application support, preferably in a banking or financial institution.

·        Strong knowledge of Corporate Lending applications and related technologies.
·        Experience with application configuration, customization, and troubleshooting.
·        Understanding of database concepts and SQL.
·        Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
·        Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
·        Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
·        Experience with Agile development methodologies is a plus.
·        Certifications: Relevant certifications in application support or related fields are an advantage.
·        Language: Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Arabic is an advantage.
